What is a health coach?
As your personal health coach, I am part of your team and you can think of me as your personal advocate who is rooting for your wellness!
I will listen to your overall hopes and ideas, understand your current lifestyle habits, analyze individual metrics, and help you create a realistic plan that you can integrate into your everyday life.

Instead of trying to find the next best diet or watching another YouTube workout video in your living room, it can be incredibly helpful, and less lonely, to have a health coach on your side. With my experience and training as a Certified International Health Coach, I have a well-rounded understanding of what to do to help you make a true shift in your life and overall mentality. Set Realistic Goals
Every person is “bio-individual” with regards to their health needs, meaning that there is no “one size fits all” plan that works for everyone and often sets people up for failure. I can help you with setting realistic goals by looking at your current goals, lifestyle and your health history.
Create Customized Plans
With me by your side, there is no cookie-cutter plan from a list that will be picked out and handed to you. This is one of the biggest things that sets this option apart from other options to get emotionally and physically fit.
With different metabolisms, lifestyle habits, and mindsets, we ask ourselves, how can there be a one-size-fits-all plan? Simple, there can’t.
As your coach, I will take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle to make a plan that is “bio-individual” to your needs, setting you up for optimal success.
Will help you change your mindset
A lot of the training that a health coach provides revolves around mindset and changing habits. Going back to old habits, whether it be due to stress, or emotions, or laziness, is what can land us back in the physical state we were in before we started our journey to get healthy.
As your health coach I will help you get to know you and your struggles and give you the tools that will help you be successful against urges to retreat to old ways. We hear it time and time again, “change your habit, change your life.” We like to think that the first half of that is, “change your mindset, change your habits.
With a cheerleader in your corner making sure that your mind is on track in addition to your health and wellness, you can be confident that the changes you see will be long-term.
Keep you accountable
Ah, accountability. Some of us love that word and some of us hate it. The reality is that when there is accountability, more often than not, we get more done. The same applies to health and wellness.
As your health coach, I will be checking in with you frequently in the form of emails, texts, meetings, Facebook groups, and more. This outside accountability factor decreases the chance that you will stop your program mid-week or stop working towards their goals. Having someone that is checking in on how you’re doing and supporting you goes a long way when it comes to meeting your goals.
Emotional Support
I want to get to know YOU. Not just account number you, but the real you. This relationship becomes one where I care about you and looking out for you in a supportive way. There is also a community of support in the form of facebook groups and/or zoom meetings.
