1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the website of Integrative Counseling & Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Practice”), owned and operated by Pamela Wollet, LCSW. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://integrativewellnesspa.com (the “Site”) and any services described on it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Integrative Counseling & Wellness offers the following services, described in more detail on the Site:

  • Psychotherapy / mental health counseling, provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Health coaching
  • Reiki sessions

Reiki and health coaching are complementary wellness services and are not a form of medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician or mental health professional. Only services explicitly identified as psychotherapy are provided within the scope of Pamela Wollet’s clinical license.

3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

This Site and the services described on it are not intended for use in a medical or mental health emergency. If you are experiencing a crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, available 24/7.

4. Website Content is Informational Only

Content on this Site — including blog posts, service descriptions, and any general wellness information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and does not create a therapist-client, coach-client, or practitioner-client relationship. That relationship is only formed once you have completed intake and consent processes directly with Pamela Wollet or a member of the Practice.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or to independently schedule services through it. If you are scheduling services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to consent to their care.

6. Scheduling, Fees, and Cancellations

Appointments may be requested by completing the contact form on this Site, calling (570) 220-6270, or emailing pamela@integrativewellnesspa.com. Fees for services are provided at the time of scheduling or during your initial consultation. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Information you share as part of psychotherapy services is protected under applicable confidentiality laws and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), subject to the exceptions described in your Notice of Privacy Practices and Informed Consent documents provided at the start of care (including mandatory reporting obligations, such as risk of harm to self or others, or suspected abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult). Health coaching and Reiki sessions, while handled with discretion, are not subject to the same clinical confidentiality protections as licensed psychotherapy unless otherwise stated. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through this Site (such as contact forms) is collected and used.

8. User Conduct

When using any interactive features of this Site (such as contact forms, comments, or workshop registration), you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or unsolicited advertising
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

9. Workshops and Group Events

Registration for workshops or group events posted on this Site is subject to any additional terms, capacity limits, and refund policies stated on the specific event page.

10. Testimonials

Any testimonials or reviews displayed on this Site reflect the individual experiences of the clients who provided them. Testimonials are not intended as a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the outcome of any service, and results vary from person to person. Client testimonials related to psychotherapy services are used only with express written consent, consistent with applicable confidentiality and ethical requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the property of Integrative Counseling & Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as social media platforms or scheduling tools) that are not owned or controlled by Integrative Counseling & Wellness. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrative Counseling & Wellness and Pamela Wollet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from professional negligence in the provision of clinical services, which is instead governed by your separate informed consent and client agreement documents.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrative Counseling & Wellness, Pamela Wollet, and its/her agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
