Integrative Counseling & Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Practice”), owned and operated by Pamela Wollet, LCSW, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, https://integrativewellnesspa.com (the “Site”), how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. This Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to protected health information (PHI) created or received in the course of psychotherapy treatment, which is instead governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, provided separately at the start of clinical care.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information when you use the Site:

  • Contact information you provide through our contact form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message
  • Appointment or consultation requests, including the services you’re interested in
  • Workshop or event registration details, if you sign up for a workshop through the Site
  • Technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, typically collected automatically through cookies or similar technologies

We do not knowingly collect clinical or health information through the Site itself. Please do not use the general contact form to share sensitive health details — save those for your intake paperwork or a direct conversation with Pamela.

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its functionality. 5. Scheduling and Third-Party Services

Appointment requests submitted through the Site are handled directly by the Practice via our contact form, phone, or email. Payments for services are processed through Square. When you make a payment, your payment information (such as card details) is collected and processed directly by Square and is subject to Square’s own privacy policy and security practices; we do not store your full payment card information ourselves. 6. How We Share Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Site and provide our services, such as our web host, Google Analytics, and Square (for payment processing), who are only permitted to use your information to provide that service
  • When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Practice, our clients, or others
  • With your consent

7. Protected Health Information (PHI)

If you become a therapy client, information related to your care is protected as PHI under HIPAA and is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not this website Privacy Policy. That notice explains your rights regarding your health records, including how your information may be used and disclosed, your right to request a copy of your records, and how to file a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide the services requested, or comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
