About Pamela

For the past 18 years, my work as a psychotherapist has been grounded in compassion, connection, and a deep respect for each person’s unique healing journey. I believe true healing involves more than the mind alone—it also includes the emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic parts of ourselves. This understanding led me to expand my practice through certification as a Health Coach and Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master Practitioner.

By integrating psychotherapy, holistic health coaching, and Reiki healing, I offer a compassionate, whole-person approach that supports insight, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and meaningful lifestyle change. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, empowered, and gently guided toward greater balance, resilience, and inner peace. This work is more than a profession to me—it is a calling to walk alongside others as they reconnect with their strength, wholeness, and capacity to heal.

Somatic mindfulness meditation helps with self-healing by promoting a deeper connection with the body and the present moment. It encourages practitioners to focus on physical sensations, which can lead to emotional regulation and healing. This type of meditation can be particularly beneficial for those dealing with trauma, stress, and unresolved emotions, as it allows individuals to process these experiences directly through their bodies. By integrating mindfulness and somatic practices, individuals can create a powerful framework for healing and transformation, addressing the root causes of emotional and physical distress.
