The Path to True Healing
I believe true healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel, confront our wounds, and be honest with ourselves. This process creates space for deeper connection — not only with ourselves but also with those around us.
I work with pre-teens, adolescents, adults and couples navigating the complexities of being human in today’s world.
I specialize in (but am not limited to) supporting individuals with:
- Relationship challenges
- Life transitions
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- Stress
- Shame
My approach emphasizes building self-awareness, recognizing patterns, challenging self-limiting beliefs, and tapping into each person’s unique potential. I offer practical tools to help guide individuals toward the lives they aspire to lead — all at a pace that honors each client’s needs and capacity.
Rather than relying on a single framework, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities including:
- Mind-body-spirit / Mindfulness-based
- Psychodynamic
- Existential
- Somatic
- CBT
This integrative approach helps clients understand how past experiences shape the present, while providing strategies for healing now and supporting growth beyond the therapy room.
At the heart of my work is creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your inner world openly — without judgment or the need to filter your experience.
Professional Credentials and Jurisdiction: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors. My clinical psychotherapy services are strictly regulated, require a formal intake process, and are exclusively available to individuals residing within the state of Pennsylvania, or in jurisdictions where I am explicitly authorized by law to practice teletherapy.
